    Built around the GDPR

    We process call data only on your instructions, for the purpose you set, and record that in our data processing agreement. The parties we use for it are listed in the privacy policy.

    Calls kept 90 days, then deleted

    We automatically delete the content of a call (recording, transcript and summary) after 90 days. Only the duration is kept, for the invoice.

    Encrypted connections

    Connections are encrypted and the database is encrypted at rest. Each customer sees only its own data; the database itself enforces that.

    No reselling of data

    We never sell or rent your customer data to third parties. Your data is used solely to serve you.

    Consent & recordings

    At the start of every call, the caller hears that they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. That notice is always on.

    Data processing agreement

    Our data processing agreement is published on the site and automatically forms part of every agreement. We send a signed copy on request.
